Lleida.net sets a benchmark in gender diversity among BME G
rowth-listed firmsMadrid, 9 June 2025 – Spanish technology firm Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLN) (OTCQX: LLEIF) has today become the first company listed on the BME Growth market to reach full gender parity on its Board of Directors, following the appointment of four new independent female directors.
With this milestone, Lleida.net also becomes the eighth company on Euronext Growth to achieve equal representation of men and women at the highest level of governance. The Board now consists of five women and five men.
These appointments were unanimously approved at the company’s General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 5 June.
The newly appointed independent directors are Anna Bisart Rosell, Teresa Reales Peinado, Ana Serrano Oñate and Sílvia Cunill Calvet. They join Arrate María Usandizaga Ruiz, the company’s CFO and executive director, forming a female bloc that brings strategic insight and diversity to Lleida.net’s top governance body.
Additionally, the mandates of Francisco Sapena Soler, CEO and executive director; Marcos Gallardo Meseguer (non-executive director); and independent directors Jorge Sainz de Vicuña, Antonio López del Castillo, and Miguel Pérez Subías have been renewed. All appointments are effective as of today and will serve for a statutory term of five years.

Anna Bisart Rosell has over 25 years of global talent management experience with multinational firms including The Knot Worldwide and Johnson & Johnson. She currently chairs the compensation and talent committee at aerospace company Immfly.
Teresa Reales Peinado has led finance, HR, and operational risk areas for more than 25 years at Telefónica and its international affiliates. She currently serves as Director of Financial Economic Control at Elsamex Infrastructure Management.
Ana Serrano Oñate brings four decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, having held executive roles at Equinor and Repsol. She has managed exploration and energy transition portfolios across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Sílvia Cunill Calvet is Chair of the Andorran Banking Resolution Agency and advises technology firms in the contact centre industry. She is widely recognised for her expertise in digitalisation and strategic transformation within the banking and insurance sectors.
Lleida.net recorded the best quarter in its history between January and March 2025, posting revenues of €5.29 million—12% higher than the same period in the previous year.
Quarterly EBITDA reached €1.22 million, up by 84%, also marking the highest figure on record.
These results are the outcome of the company’s ongoing cost-control strategy, internal restructuring, and commercial expansion in Europe and Latin America throughout 2024. Operating profit for the quarter totalled €716,000, representing a 387% increase compared to Q1 2024.
